Another fake Forex trading website with claimed presence in the UK, but no evidence of any registration with the regulatory bodies.

So, they're "Investment Advisors" and "Portfolio Managers", but don't seem to hold the relevant registrations to allow them to do that in most countries.
They also don't seem to have a clue who they are or where they're registered/regulated.
CMS Ventures LTD - 09229115 is a real company, but according to their classification, their area of business is "9305 — Other Service Activities Not Elsewhere Classified" - That would not allow them to undertake the type of business the website offers.
The WhoIs on their website shows it was registered on 29-oct-2013, which is a year before the company they claim to be was set up.
The New Zealand registration number "FSP414006" does belong to a company called "CMS VENTURES LIMITED", but they were only registered in January (so how did they give advice/manage portfolios prior to that) and does not allow them to give advice to people outside of New Zealand.
